Hands down, this is the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to in Chicago. Every single bite was bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients, and authentic seasoning. You can tell everything is made with care and pride. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. “I came here after seeing it on instagram reels, and it did not disappoint!
I tried the torta birria and the peach margarita, both were delicious! The birria was gigantic and the margarita was nice and strong. Great price, authentic food and huge portions that are high quality! My boyfriend loves tortas and tried the pinche torta and said it was the best he’s ever had.
The service was also great and the chips and salsa starter were also very good! Reasonably priced and I would for sure come back here!”

“$5 margaritas twice a week + taco Tuesdays! Food is delicious, and the atmosphere is a vibe. Drinks, food, music, TV, and local faces. This place is the spot. Friends and I come here before a long night out for pre-game or a quick bite. Gets busy for dinner service so there is usually a wait. Once you’re seated you will be treaded and fed very well.”

“Maybe the best Mexican food I have ever had. The meats are prepared in such a flavorful way that the dish does not rely on the sauce for flavor. Sauces are delicious and the heat does not overwhelm the taste. Waitstaff is phenomenal and incredibly attentive. Not an empty table at 5:30p on a Monday says it all!!”

“I frequently visit this restaurant. It’s easy to get to since it’s right off the California blue line stop. The staff are always friendly even though it is always busy when I go. The dining area is small so prepare for a little bit of a wait if you go durinf their busy periods but they’re quick to turn tables. I try to get something different every time I come and no matter what I try, it always has excellent flavor & is fresh!”
